What Should I Expect?
Sunday Services?
When you walk through the door, you’ll find friendly people who will make your first visit one that encourages you to return. Our greeters will guide you and answer any questions that you have. If you have children from birth through fifth grade, we invite you to check them in at our connection centre. They will then be guided to our secure children’s area.
As you enter the worship center, our ushers will welcome you, provide a bulletin for you, and direct you to your seat. You are invited to participate in vibrant Christ-centered worship and an inspiring study of God’s Word with us.
Immediately following the service you are welcomed to meet the pastors, recieve ministry by our prayer team, or meet some new friends in the lobby.
For My Children?
Nursery – a nursery is provided for all mothers of newborns and infants during services. Our nursery is equipped with a large television screen where all of our services can be watched live.
Children’s Programs – Once you check in your children at our secure connection centre they will be escorted to their classrooms. Children from kindergarten to grade 5 gather in classrooms to spend time singing, learning Bible stories, doing crafts, and playing games.
Grade 6,7,8 – are released during the service just before the sermon to meet every Sunday morning.
Parking?
There is parking on our church property. If the parking lot is full there is plenty of free parking across the street at both the medical centre (Sunday’s) and George Vanier School(Wednesday’s).
What Should I Wear?
When you come to All People’s Church you will find people dressed in a variety of styles. You will find some dressed casually in jeans and others dressed formally in suits and dresses. We simply ask that you dress in a way that honours God and doesn’t distract those worshiping around you.
